The use of vertical pipeline centrifugal pump

Pump test run shall meet the following requirements:
  1.the fixed connection should be no loose parts, specifications and quantity of parts of the lubrication of lubrication should be specified in the technical documentation in accordance with equipment;
  2.to identify the steering pump and axial pump.
  3.driver steering should be the same as the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump steering.
  4.pre lubrication requirements of the site should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the pre lubrication.
  5.the instrument, safety protection device should be sensitive, accurate, and reliable.
  6.the turning gear should be flexible, no abnormal phenomenon.
Connecting device
  7.is provided to eliminate the impact of temperature rise, set up to provide cooling water bypass connections.
  8 high temperature vertical pipeline centrifugal pump operation should be carried out before the pump body preheating temperature rise in trial should be uniform, should not be greater than 500 degrees per hour temperature rise; temperature difference between the surface of the pump body and a working medium inlet pipe should not be too high.
